an really good hotel stay
large room club privileges delicious snacks perfect housekeeping
the executive club room was large and bright. club privileges provided daily breakfast and afternoon snacks. evening snacks of charcuterie, cheese, and desserts were delicious! daily housekeeping was perfect.
the new restaurant mimosa was disappointing and everything closed early.

the breakfast spread at the palm court was beautiful every morning. there was a generous and high quality breakfast buffet. the wigmore, the adjacent pub, was fun to visit. the food was delicious.

excellent staff friendly bellboys
I found so many excellent staff members were really good . They really make this place special. i had particularly excellent experiences with valentina at the check-in area and valentina at the spa. every day, i was greeted by the friendly bellboys, especially nassim and ian. They knew how to put a smile on everyone's face. the text service for room updates was also greatly helpful.

cute staff super clean room flexible approach
the swimming pool stood out to me. the staff was cute. they allowed my kids to swim after hours since no other adults were there. my room was bright and super clean.
