Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel offers an excellent stay with a huge bed in the room and fantastic Club Lounge amenities. However, the decor is a bit outdated, especially the windows and bathroom utilities. Although the room was a bit small and noisy, it provided essentials like biscuits, water, and milk.
The hotel is located in a lovely area close to Oxford Street with a unique ambiance. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, despite some noise due to hotel renovations. The service is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate guests. The dining experience at the attached Roux at the Landau restaurant was a bit problematic concerning the rate paid. The location is perfect for exploring various shops, eateries, and museums, and the facilities are convenient for guests.
Upon arrival at 4 pm, our rooms were not ready, taking 40 minutes to check in. The hotel has its own distinct style but unfortunately faces busy Regent Street and has a massive air conditioning construction nearby, making it a nightmare. The service was professional and lovely, with attentive staff who genuinely cared. However, the male staff were efficient but not friendly. The location is near all the shopping streets yet tucked away on a quiet street. The room was noisy, and the experience was not great, leading to an overpriced stay. The dining experience was very poor, although the Landau restaurant offered delicious options. The hotel does have nice swimming pool facilities and is situated next to Chuan Body + Soul.
My stay at The Langham was fantastic! The room was luxuriously appointed, very quiet, and had a truly comfortable 6ft bed. However, the strong smokers smell in the room was unpleasant. The staff were amazing, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay with a relaxed atmosphere. The location was great, near all the shopping streets but still tucked away in a quiet street. The dining experience was very delicious, especially at the Roux at the Landau. Overall, a top-notch experience with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel is in a great spot for shopping and walking around with excellent proximity to Oxford Circus. The rooms were a little bit small, but clean and comfortable. The service was fantastic, with friendly and professional staff. The dining experience was very pleasant, although some improvements could be made. The location is top-notch, offering easy access to shops, eateries, and parks.
Initially, the rooms were a bit noisy, which disrupted my sleep. The decor wasn't as modern, and the rooms were very small and dark. On the positive side, the service was outstanding, with the staff genuinely happy and attentive to all our needs, making us feel special. The location was perfect for our needs, with proximity to shopping districts and tube stations. The dining experience was exceptional, with delicious options available. Overall, the hotel offers excellent service and amenities, despite some room issues.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, while a tad small, were well laid out, beautifully furnished, and very quiet. However, there were eight steep steps along the hall to reach our room which needed a little bit of maintenance. The service was top-notch, especially on New Year's Eve, and the staff were incredibly friendly, offering great suggestions for shopping and dining. The location was convenient, perfect for a shopping trip and close to attractions like Regent Park and Oxford Circus station. The dining experience was a bit of a hit or miss with some delicious options but room for improvement in variety. Despite minor drawbacks, the hotel offered good value for the money overall.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel; the rooms were clean and spacious, albeit a bit outdated. The service was outstanding, with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The location was central, with various amenities within walking distance. The dining experience was decent but not exceptional. Overall, good value for money.
